We want you to love what you wear, that's why we offer a no-fuss return policy. Simply return your items unworn and in original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days and receive store credit or exchange.
We do not offer refunds or cover return shipping.
If you'd like to return your online order in-store, please bring your packing slip with you as proof of purchase. If you ship your order back to us for store credit, please ensure you receive tracking with your postage. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
What is not accepted for returns?
We do not accept returns on clearance, jewelry, and worn items. If you feel you've received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days.
We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase necessary. Please note: we do not cover return shipping cost.
Upon completing the checkout process, you'll receive an email notification to let you know we've received your purchase. Once we purchase postage and ship, you will be notified via email. Your tracking number will be emailed to you but if you are unable to locate it, visit our account portal.
